About RAINE

My goal is to create a community. A community for young female adults, just like me. During these years a lot happens and everyone experiences it differently. But something I notice that a lot of us have in common is that were still learning. Whether this is learning how to save money but still maintain a social life. Or maybe it is learning how to open up in relationships.

This blog is here to advise you, were open and honest here. But mostly, we are also still learning. I can just imagine myself looking back on the articles I am currently writing and thinking ‘’that might not have been the best advise’’. Now let’s hope that doesn’t happen (often), but let’s help out each other. That is why your feedback is so important to me, positive or negative. Either way it might just help someone.

Part of the reason I’m starting this blog is to make myself known. I am currently taking a year off from studying and I have learnt so much this past year. And I am looking for an outlet where I can broadcast all my knowledge. Who knows, maybe someday there is somewhere that follows my advise and accomplishes their dreams. Isn’t that what we all want. I see this blog as a way to get to know me. Your big sister, who ironically is a younger sister of two older brothers.

I noticed when trying to find a job this year, that I have so many skills. But somehow it isn’t enough. Once people get to know me they start to realize I am a hard working person, driven and eager to learn. But how does one show this at a job interview? Or on a resume? This blog.

My resume currently has this blog on linked. If there is a company that is interested in hiring me they can get to know me a little better by taking a look at my blog. They don’t have to read all of my articles. My goal is to create every article with a small clue in order to get to know me. Whether it is because I mention my favorite color or brand, or I talk about the connections that I have created in the last years. Of course this is an introducing article, this means that I mention a lot of personal details. This won’t always be the case, I will be talking from my experiences and point of view most times.

I’m taking a gap year and I want to study again in 2026. In July of 2024 I graduated fashion school. I want to put my knowledge to use. I studied international fashion design and coordination for 3 years.

I’m currently struggling with maintaining a durable and sustainable wardrobe. Most of us probably do, and why is this? Because as young adults, our lives have so many corners. Working at an office job, but spending your Friday nights in a nightclub. Or studying from Monday through Friday, and wanting to wear good quality exercise apparel. Difficult to maintain of you are living on your own. Paying bills, paying for your education or trying to get your drivers license. But at the end of the day, you don’t want to get caught wearing the same outfit from previous Friday. I’m here to help you. Will you help me too?

Love and luck – Raine
